Facundo Poj is an independent building surveyor and founder of pokh, bringing over 30 years of expertise in building surveys, AutoCAD documentation, and space utilization analytics to client projects across Europe and the US. Holding a Bachelor of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Urban Planning from Boston University, he has surveyed over 300,000 m² of residential, institutional, commercial, and industrial real estate. His portfolio includes high-profile work for Berklee College of Music, Carnegie Hall, Bank of America, Buffalo Public Schools, and Johnson & Johnson.
